A traditional balsamic vinegar LA BELLE EXCUSE imports from Italy. Produced in Modena using secular know-how that is rigorously adhered to. It is made from Lambrusco-Trebbiano which is left to reduce in the open air, resulting in natural caramelization that lends the vinegar a rich black colour.
Perfectly aged with a full-bodied flavour.
Grape vinegar and grape must barrel-aged three years (6% acidity). Contains Sulphites.
Essential for the vinaigrettes and combined with olive oil with your favorite bread. Ideal to deglaze vegetables, for pasta and sautés, meat marinades. Excellent as a reduction to flavour all grilled meats.
